3300 - 4100 usd
Headquarters: US

*This role does require working weekends so please read through the whole post*

Spectora is a fast-growing, bootstrapped startup that is looking for a tech-savvy team member ready to rapidly grow their career.

We have a casual atmosphere that is flexible and focused on productivity. In addition to our "take what you need" time-off policy, you’ll get to work at a co-working space that is pet-friendly, has kombucha on tap, a yoga studio next door and tons of interesting businesses and people.

This position can and will rapidly change as we continue to grow so you'll play a big part in defining where you want your career to go.

*If you're looking for a steady job where you can just put in an unengaged 40 hours and coast, this isn't for you. There is opportunity to rapidly grow your skill set, salary and bonuses quickly if you're ready to put in the work*

About the Job

Startup Hustlers at Spectora have multifaceted job demands…

75% of the job initially will be online tech support via Intercom. As your career grows you'll have the opportunity to get into sales, software training, website design and SEO management tasks.

We are hiring to cover weekends and 3 days in the office with our team. You can choose between:

Thursday - Monday

Friday - Tuesday

*Sunday's are usually slower on support so this is a day to complete marketing and sales tasks*

You'll work directly both with clients and the team’s developers to find solutions to technical issues. You need to be great at quickly thinking on your feet, investigating bug reports, and handling multiple tech support conversations at once, all while making clients feel like they’re talking to a friend, not a robot. No scripts here! Clever GIF usage is a must : )

We’re a dynamic, fun team who works together collaboratively on most projects. We’re looking for a self-motivated start-up hustler who will find a way to complete tasks without handholding.

Home inspection knowledge isn’t necessary, but you should be tech savvy, able to learn the existing program quickly, and be able to adapt to a constantly developing software program.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Customer Service- Experience dealing with customers is a must. We're looking for someone that has empathy, knows how to ask questions and listen, and is a lifelong learner.

Marketing- This role should have 1 year experience or a strong interest in learning about digital marketing, SEO, PPC and Email Marketing.

Hard-working, Fun-loving Personality- This is the best part about startups. The work is rewarding, the growth potential is there, and we actually enjoy working together.

Technical Knowledge - You must have a baseline understanding of mobile apps, browsers, and how SaaS products work.

Bonus points if you have experience in the following:

Wordpress Development -This is a bonus if you have experience with Wordpress and web design. We have a growing web hosting side to the business but this is not a primary function of this role.

Sales/Demo Experience - Spectora doesn't do true "sales". We sell by providing a great customer experience. We respond to warm, inbound leads by chat or phone and schedule demos.

If you are interested in this position, please send a cover letter note with your applicationstating why the startup world interests you and why you think you'd be a good fit. Applications without this will not be considered.

IMPACT permanent mid
1 July
4600 - 5800 usd
Headquarters: US

IMPACT is a digital sales and marketing company focused on educating and training business leaders with a growth mindset. Through our digital marketing agency services, events, online publication, training programs and virtual community, we empower businesses and their leadership teams with the education, tools, training and support needed to take their careers, and their companies, to the next level.

In addition to creating amazing experiences for our clients, we are also committed to making IMPACT a great place to work for our people. To do this, we only accept proven and emerging leaders who love the digital space and helping companies grow, are always willing to put the team first, and have never backed down from a challenge, no matter how great. Does this sound like you?

As the Content Marketing Consultant, you will teach people and their organizations how to drive results through the implementation of inbound principles. This typically takes form in managing 15-20 consulting clients and working with them on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to empower them to sustain their own content marketing program. We are looking for someone who is an effective educator and who has proven success in generating self-sufficiency among their client base.

This is not a position where you build strategies and do all the work for your clients! We believe in-house ownership is a key driver to our clients’ success and have seen this belief proven out again and again (see our success stories to learn what that looks like).

Sometimes clients do need a little help from us to implement due to bandwidth constraints or need our help on more technical parts of their program. In those cases, you will assist in implementing their digital marketing tactics and/or liaise between the client and other IMPACT team members to execute this work. This requires strong communication, organization and project management skills.

Content Marketing Consultants at IMPACT also establish thought leadership within the inbound community and routinely build content for IMPACT brand assets.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

  • >3 years working at a digital marketing agency in a similar client facing role.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including content marketing and SEO strategy and tactical implementation.

  • Experience optimizing a website for marketing performance.
  • Strong project management & client consultation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Inbound marketing and other HubSpot certifications a plus.
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized B2B clients.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of They Ask, You Answer principles.
  • Alignment with our core values of passion, helpfulness, and dependability (IMPACT's Culture Code)

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
