About the Job

Startup Hustlers at Spectora have multifaceted job demands…

75% of the job initially will be online tech support via Intercom. As your career grows you'll have the opportunity to get into sales, software training, website design and SEO management tasks.

We are hiring to cover weekends and 3 days in the office with our team. You can choose between:

Thursday - Monday


Friday - Tuesday

*Sunday's are usually slower on support so this is a day to complete marketing and sales tasks*

You'll work directly both with clients and the team’s developers to find solutions to technical issues. You need to be great at quickly thinking on your feet, investigating bug reports, and handling multiple tech support conversations at once, all while making clients feel like they’re talking to a friend, not a robot. No scripts here! Clever GIF usage is a must : )

We’re a dynamic, fun team who works together collaboratively on most projects. We’re looking for a self-motivated start-up hustler who will find a way to complete tasks without handholding.

Home inspection knowledge isn’t necessary, but you should be tech savvy, able to learn the existing program quickly, and be able to adapt to a constantly developing software program.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Customer Service- Experience dealing with customers is a must. We're looking for someone that has empathy, knows how to ask questions and listen, and is a lifelong learner.

Marketing- This role should have 1 year experience or a strong interest in learning about digital marketing, SEO, PPC and Email Marketing.

Hard-working, Fun-loving Personality- This is the best part about startups. The work is rewarding, the growth potential is there, and we actually enjoy working together.

Technical Knowledge - You must have a baseline understanding of mobile apps, browsers, and how SaaS products work.

Bonus points if you have experience in the following:

Wordpress Development -This is a bonus if you have experience with Wordpress and web design. We have a growing web hosting side to the business but this is not a primary function of this role.

Sales/Demo Experience - Spectora doesn't do true "sales". We sell by providing a great customer experience. We respond to warm, inbound leads by chat or phone and schedule demos.
