Job Purpose

To assist us in the formulation and execution of an infrastructure strategy. We are looking for someone to come in, evaluate our infrastructure and needs, generate a clear plan and to set out on the project with other members of the infrastructure team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Review our current build, deployment, and monitoring technologies.
2. Review the physical infrastructure in our regions.
3. Work with members of the team to get input.
4. Formulate a clear transition plan.
5. Evaluate, implement and streamlining DevOps practices across the organization.
6. Design and deliver efficient and comprehensive best practices across the infrastructure and data flows.

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

• To be an experienced DevOps engineer with broad infrastructure experience.
• This includes deep experience with cloud infrastructure services, monitoring, build and deployment technologies and infrastructure processes.
• To have a strong understanding of security, in the storing of data, access control and authentication between services.
• Strong architectural skills.
• Strong context provided by a background in development.
• Strong experience managing AKS or K8s environments.
• Proven experience with Azure Cloud Platform.

Desired:

• To have experience with Git, Puppet and Azure DevOps.
• To have worked with ARM or Terraform.
• To have worked with Microsoft services.
• To have worked with Grafana and Sensu.

• Must have mastered WordPress, including thorough knowledge of themes and plugins
• Intimate knowledge of PHP

• Know your way around Linux (Ubuntu)
• Awesome with Bash
• Talented with NGINX
• Great interpersonal skills.

• Architecture mix - microservices and monolith,

YOU WILL FEEL EXCELLENT IN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE:

• Understanding of system architectures,
• Some experience in Kubernetes or OpenShift,
• Experience in Docker based applications,
• Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins/Gitlab),
• Fundamentals of TCP/IP network,
• Programming skills (preferably Java) will be a plus,
• Experience within those technologies (some of them): Docker & Kubernetes, Jenkins, Gitlab, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Nginx, Tomcat, JMS, ELK, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Nexus, Maven, AWS (or other cloud-related) experience will be a plus,
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written) in Polish and English - at least B2 level.

Description

I am looking for a solid Salesforce architect to help me evaluate options to upgrade a customer's Salesforce installation to Lightning. This will involve prototyping screens in Saleforce using Lightning components and potentially custom lightning components. Work would be for 2 months at 20 hours a week, starting at the end of September 2019. Could easily carry on for another 8-9 months after that (or you can choose to just do the first 2 months, which are guaranteed). 

1) Must have a software development background
2) Must have done Lightning component-based development in Salesforce
3) Understands Salesforce in-depth, comfortable with identifying Salesforce packages on the marketplace and integrating these
4) Understands good solid Salesforce design, including proper data modeling

Ideally also has used Heroku Connect to integrate Salesforce with a custom web application.
