We're a growing NFT company looking for a Lead Product Designer to help us design our flagship product. You'll join a medium, fast paced team, where you will have the creative freedom to directly impact the future of Mintbase. In this role, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create elegant, user-centric designs that delight our users and drive business results. This is a role for someone who likes to take ownership and wants to build something amazing.

This is a fulltime remote position, but you are welcome to join us in our office in the sunny city of Lisbon 🇵🇹.

Here you will

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for all aspects of the product.
• Create high-quality visual designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Collaboratively drive the evolution of Mintbase's brand identity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly.
• Help keep our visual language consistent across web, printed media and marketing.
• Dive deep into the NFT/Crypto space.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company or startup with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Understanding of the formal elements of design best practices and a portfolio to showcase this.
• Strong portfolio of product design work that demonstrates a user-centered design approach and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Sketch, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite .
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field.

We are looking for an experienced 3D Modeler to join our team. 

The ideal candidate is experienced in fine-tuning 3D model file conversion and decimation processes. This includes reviewing, testing, optimising and create 3D assets ready for use across a number of 3D gaming virtual platforms and VR environments. You'll work on supporting a group of talented, renowned 3D designers and brands in optimising their unique 3D assets so these can be collected and used in open metaverse environments. 

The ideal candidate has experience with Blender, 3ds Max, Maya or similar 3D modelling software.

Bonus points if you have experience working with rigged avatars and .VRM formats.

• Work with Design Leads to design and implement the vision for combat
• Design and implement enemy characters, including boss encounters, with unique behaviors
• Collaborate with level designers to identify, setup ad polish combat encounters that respect combat metrics and quality standards.
• Work closely with animation to implement, tune, and adjust timing of enemy moves/abilities
• Collaborate with animation, art, audio, and visual effects to ensure enemy behaviors are readable to players
• Work with the Combat Player team to make enemies take advantage of status effects, resistances, damage interactions, and unique enemy reaction states
• Iterate and improve your combat encounters based on creative feedback.
• Work with the level designers to identify, setup and polish combat encounters that respect combat metrics and quality standards.
• Create and maintain relevant design documentation.

We're a fully remote US early stage startup focused on helping Mortgage Originators get mortgage documentation painlessly from their consumers.

You've got substantial experience designing, shipping, and iterating for B2B or B2B2C SaaS products. 
Must include portfolio showcasing start to finish process and iterations, evidencing your design leadership.

You're someone who can wholly design and own the experience of our products.

You will want to own all customer touch points (from branding to UI/UX to user research).
