For our client, a leading energy solutions provider in Germany, we are looking for Backend Developer (Python+ PHP). Company provides advanced analytics software as a service(SaaS) to make energy more sustainable. Solution is based on proprietary AI to predict, understand, and affect consumer and prosumer behaviour. Using energy and behavioural data, we identify patterns  and drivers  in  human  behaviour  to  allow utilities  and  their  customers  to become  smarter  and  behave  more sustainable. Applications  help  households  to  be  more  energy efficient  and allow utilities  to better serve their customers. 

Your role:

• You build and maintain different products and microservices that run on cloud-based hosting environments.
• You implement scalable solutions together with our data scientists.
• You build and maintain our APIs, infrastructures ,and data pipelines.
• You write clean code, automatically test, and continuously deploy it.
• You are eager to learn new technologies that will improve our products and development flow.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of work experience in software engineering with Python and PHP.
• Strong experience with MySQL, Restful APIs, Linux administration and
• Preferably experience with AWS, Ansible, Pandas and R data analytics.
• Very good communication skills with high English proficiency- German is a plus.
