This role will have the primary accountability of designing, implementing, and operating Solana smart contract/programs using Rust. Solana/Rust smart contract/program development experience is a necessity! The team operates with a “run what you write” philosophy and each engineer is responsible for deploying and operating the code they write.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-level decisions about architecture and features

  • Design, implement, test, and audit protocol upgrades and additions

  • Collaborate with full-stack and front-end developers to bring products to life

  • Adopt code quality processes to ensure the readability, best practices and maintainability of Solana smart contract/programs

  • Test smart contract/programs in  and  environments

  • Collaborate with other engineers to implement operational solutions while defining and adhering to industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience interacting with the Solana blockchain and writing high-quality, well-tested Rust code

  • Deep understanding of the Solana's Sealevel runtime, and JavaScript

  • Knowledgeable about smart contract security and best practices

  • Experienced user of Anchor Framework and @solana/web3.js

We're looking for a passionate, self-motivated engineer to help us build the next generation of financial products. As a dedicated Engineering hire, you will gain ownership over our existing suite of web products, as well as the ability to influence the creation, design, and execution of future products. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across trading interfaces, data-heavy analytics pages, documentation portals, subgraph on The Graph and more.

Who are you?

A senior-level front-end engineer (JS/TS + React veteran) with a passion for smashing bugs who is also native to the crypto space. You can write and speak fluent English and have great communication skills.

You love debugging, you like doing detective work to figure out the cause of the problem and ultimately resolving it. 

You have experience and are culturally aligned with fast-moving small teams. You have worked at remote (globally distributed) startups before.

You are self-driven, are comfortable wearing many hats, can ship patches and features swiftly when needed. You can identify company priorities, own them, and iterate quickly to ship the best solution.

The Role:

Senior engineers are expected to take big complex tasks single-handedly. 

As a Senior frontend + QA engineer you will be the bridge between bug reporting and bug termination. You will manage several communication channels as well as our bug reporting process to make sure all QA tasks are correctly prioritized and executed. 

You will work closely with both the Front-end team and the QA team to help build and maintain react components, as well as helping shape our automated testing pipelines.

Responsibilities
As a Web3 Architect you will:
-Create and document automated and manual test plans and procedures
-Configure and set up testing environments
-Implement, run, and monitor automated tests
-Write scripts in the language of your choice that can help us improve the QA process
-Onboard new individuals into the Web3 Architecture team
-Mentor team members to refine their technical and architectural skills
-Build, test, and ship features, patches, and updates to our web app
-Collaborate with the team and cross-functional partners on all aspects of product development
-Identify and advocate for team-wide areas of improvement and best practices

Requirements
-At least 3 years with JS/TS + React
-At least 3 years of TDD with extensive experience in designing manual tests
-Extensive experience with CSS libraries (MUI preferred)
-Outstanding communication skills
-Some experience with crypto is required
-Fluency with different operating systems (Linux, MacOS etc.)
-Experience with multiple browsers (Brave, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
-(Nice to have) Experience with web wallets such as Metamask and WalletConnect
